A Family Farm in East Fife

About Largo Law

Largo Law isn’t just a place to stay. It’s our home.

We’re Tara and Ian, and we warmly welcome you to share a slower, more peaceful way of life here on our family farm beneath Largo Law hill.

Our hope is to offer a calm, quiet space where you can truly rest, recharge, and reconnect, with nature, with each other, and with yourself.

Largo Law's Owners Ian and Tara Clark

For three generations, this land has been farmed and cared for by our family, and we hope it will continue for many more to come. The fields that frame your view are part of our everyday life.

We run a closed herd of Stabiliser cows, bred for high-quality beef and recognised as one of the highest health-status herds in the country.

This year, we’ve also introduced a flock of Easy Care sheep, an exciting new chapter for the farm.

Farming has always been part of who we are. We both grew up helping on our family farms, learning early on the value of hard work and connection to the land.

Tara trained as a PE teacher and taught locally before taking time out this year to welcome our son, Cameron.

Ian has worked with John Deere since university and has recently returned home to support his dad in running the farm.

We believe that connection to the land matters.

Because when you stay here, you’re not staying at a commercial park, you’re staying on a working Fife farm, where the rhythms of the land still set the pace.
